Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions for wholesale orders. The ordering of goods from H&H Online Ltd indicates that you are in agreement with them.

1. Content

We reserve the right to change our prices, product descriptions and website content whenever necessary. We make every effort to ensure that the product images displayed on our website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to change any of our products without prior notification.

The colours of the products shown on our website may differ slightly to their true colours due to the differences between individual monitors.

All rights in the designs and information on our website are owned by us, H&H Online Ltd. Any copying of the material or content on is strictly prohibited unless permission is granted for selling purposes.

    2. Ordering and Stock Availability

      The minimum order value for wholesale orders is £300 excluding VAT and shipping. We always aim to maintain good stock availability but we cannot guarantee it. For large volume orders of a specific product/s please email to discuss your requirements.

        3. Contract and Payment

          Once we receive details of your wholesale order, we will send you a proforma invoice via email in a pdf format. Payment can be made via BACS transfer and our bank details will be on the invoice. We do not offer credit facilities and orders will not be processed until payment has been made in full.

            4. Shipping

              Our shipping charges outlined below are only to mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands and offshore islands. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands or out the United Kingdom, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

              We currently offer free deliveries on all wholesale orders (subject to change). You are 100% responsible for ensuring that all delivery details you’ve provided are correct as we cannot be held liable for any misdelivery that comes as a result of incorrect information you’ve given.

              Orders are typically processed within 2-3 working days and aimed to be delivered in 5-7 working days. You will receive an email notification on the day we dispatch your order. These lead times and delivery times are not binding.

              Deliveries usually take place between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (some couriers may operate outside these times). We are unable to accept specific requests for times or days.

              Please ensure there is someone available to receive and sign for the delivery. Depending on your order, deliveries may consist of more than one box or pallet. Ensure you check the delivery note and sign for the correct amount. If there are any signs of damage to your consignment, please notify us immediately at and note this on the delivery manifest. If you suspect significant damage has been caused, do not accept the delivery.

                5. Liability

                  The risk of damage or loss of goods transfers to you as soon as they have been delivered to you.

                  Wholesale orders do not come under our standard 2 year guarantee but will come with warranty implied by law for business to business sales.

                    6. Returns

                      We do not accept returns of unwanted or non-faulty products.

                      You must notify us via email ( of any shortages or damaged goods within 7 working days. All claims shall be waived if they fall outside this timescale.

                      Any returns are at your own expense and you will be responsible for the handling and shipping until we receive them back. The goods will be inspected upon its receipt and if liability is accepted we will refund you the cost of the goods and the return delivery costs within reason. Liability will never exceed the value of the goods.

                        7. Amending or Cancelling an Order

                          Once orders are received by us, they are processed immediately for our warehouse to pick and pack. We cannot cancel or amend orders once they have been processed unless under exceptional circumstances. Any changes or cancellations will incur an administration fee.

                            8. Ownership and Risk

                              Once you have accepted delivery for your order, all risk is transferred from the seller to buyer. Ownership of goods shall not transfer to you until we have received payment in full for the respective order.

                                9. Force Majeure

                                  We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, accidents, acts of terrorism, war, fire, strikes, lock outs, failure of any communications including telecommunications or computer systems, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.

                                  Information you provide and your purchase history are monitored for the purpose of improving our service and for marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
