We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and keep you informed every step of the way.

Order Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 11:00am (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 11:00am, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you've selected a tracked delivery service, your tracking details will also be included.

Please note that dispatch times may vary during busy periods, such as public holidays and seasonal sales.

Delivery Information

Most UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail. International orders are typically handled by Royal Mail until they leave the UK, after which they're transferred to your local postal service or courier for final delivery.

Delivery times shown above are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed. While most deliveries arrive within the estimated time frame, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, customs processing, transport disruption and peak seasonal demand.

Tracking Your Order

Most orders are sent with a tracking number. If tracking is available for your chosen delivery service, you'll receive your tracking details in your dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

You can also track your order at any time by logging into your Feet&Feet customer account, where the latest tracking information will be displayed alongside your order.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive your dispatch confirmation.

If you haven't received your tracking email, or you're having trouble tracking your parcel, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

If Your Order Hasn't Arrived

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time frame, we kindly ask that you allow a few additional working days, as delayed parcels often arrive shortly afterwards.
If your order still hasn't arrived after this time, please contact us and we'll be happy to investigate.

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • The name used to place the order.
  • Your delivery address.

For the purposes of our delivery estimates, working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public and bank holidays.
