For all products purchased before 11am, your order will be dispatched the same day. Products purchased after 11am will be sent out the next working day.

In most cases, we use Royal Mail, who have a 98% success rate in delivering within their estimated time frame. However, on rare occasions, there can be delays due to a number of reasons. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please allow a couple more days.
