The curved sole design of our Fitness Rocking Slides encourages engagement of your calves, ankles and foot stabilisers, resulting in strengthening of the lower leg and foot muscles.

The subtle instability design helps train your proprioception (your body’s sense of position and movement). This improves coordination and stability, especially on uneven surfaces.

Since the body works harder to maintain balance and stability, these shoes can slightly increase energy expenditure during walking or training. This can support weight management and overall fitness goals.

User Instructions

Before Wear

  • Warm Up – Before each session, perform ankle circles, calf raises, and light stretching for 3–5 minutes. This helps prepare your muscles and reduce the risk of strain.
  • Find a flat and stable surface like gym floors or sidewalks. Use a handle or railing for support.
  • Do not wear if you are experiencing any type of foot pain, balance issues or have limited mobility.

During Wear

  • Start gradually by wearing the shoes for 5-10 minutes a day for the first few days. You can then gradually increase usage time by 5-10 minutes daily as your muscles adapt. Do not overuse (30 minutes max. usage time).
  • While in a stationary position, roll the heel and toes back and forth. You can also walk slowly while maintaining balance and posture.
  • Keep your back straight and core engaged while walking or exercising. Avoid leaning too far forward or backward – balance is key.

After Wear

  • Cool Down – Stretch your calves, Achilles tendons and feet to maintain flexibility and relieve tightness. Hold each stretch for 20–30 seconds per leg.
  • Mild soreness in calves or ankles is normal initially. If you experience sharp pain, swelling or persistent discomfort, discontinue use and consult a podiatrist or doctor.
